🔒 Now, the following NOCs & approvals are compulsory:

✅ Society NOC

✅ Fire Department NOC

✅ Police Department NOC

✅ Estate Department Approval

✅ Building Use (BU) Permission

🏠 These rules fall under AMC’s revised development guidelines in line with GDCR-2019 & RDP-2021, covering safety, building compliance, and civic harmony.
