Compliance Reminder — Filing Form MGT-7 / MGT-7A

As part of the annual return filing process, companies must attach a photograph of their registered office when submitting Form MGT-7 or MGT-7A.

✅ Mandatory Requirements:

• The photograph should clearly show the external view of the registered office building.

• The company’s name must be prominently visible in the photo.

• This requirement is as per Section 12(3)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013.
